Sunapartment.co.uk is a collection of quality, privately owned accomodation in some of the nicest places in Costa  de Almeria.  The apartments are available to book online, so you can reserve the accomodation of your choice simply and easily. 

Currently, we have apartments available in Roquetas de Mar, a small resort town that has retained it's Spanish feel, and in San Juan de Los Terreros, an area of Almeria that is relatively undiscovered.

   

Roquetas de Mar Apartments

We can offer you a choice of lovely apartments situated in the same complex; "Mediterraneo 2" in Buena Vista, Roquetas de Mar. They are a short walk from the large beach and local tapas bars and cafés.  The Buena Vista area of the town is convenient for both the Spanish seafood restaurants and bars in the marina, and the lively Playa Serena area near the golf course.  Both are a short stroll along the promenade.  The complex has a lift, and a secure entrance system.  The fabulous communal pool and separate children's pool are open May-September.

This apartment has one double bedroom and a good quality leather sofa bed, a very nice tiled marble bathroom, and a large open plan living room with a kitchenette and dining area.  The accommodation is ideal for a family or one or two couples (maximum four people + a baby).  We aim to be family friendly, and there is a cot and an Ikea highchair.   and the other has a sunny south facing balcony with pool views. There is terrace furniture so you can soak up the sun on the balcony or down by the pool, and enjoy alfresco dining outside on warm summer nights.

This apartment is also one bedroomed with sea and mountain views from the stunning 50-foot balcony, which is sunny from morning to night which is especially important in Winter months or when dining alfresco.  The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard.  It comprises of one double bedroom, a tiled marble bathroom, and a spacious open plan lounge/kitchenette/dining area.  The apartment has a private allocated underground parking space.

San Juan de Los Terraros Apartments

The north of the Almerían Coast is the only large strech of natural coastline of the European Mediterranean. It has gorgeous beaches as well as cliffs and lovely hidden coves. San Juan is situated on the coast with many spotlessly clean sandy beaches/coves and safe swimming for all the family.  It is a well known tourist destination for the Spanish who holiday here all year round.  San Juan de los Terreros itself is located in a beautiful bay, protected from East and West winds. gives a special charm to its beaches and coves, because of the relaxing stillness and transparency of its waters.  It is an ideal place for a  relaxing beach holiday in a beautiful and unspolit area of Costa de Almeria.

The apartment has two bedrooms and is 80 metres from the beach.  There is a balcony with sea views and a private roof terrace boasting 360 degree panoramic views of stunning mountains and the coast towards Aguilas.  The apartment is only a few minutes from the new golf course at San Juan.
